- Two types of system are available:
- Audio entry - Lets the visitor speak to premises before entering the property. It acts as a low cost and simple barrier to unwanted visitors. Entry is granted by simply pressing a button attached to the handset.
- Video entry - Works in the same way as above but with the addition of a viewing monitor to see the visitor. Available in colour or monochrome
- External intercom door panels may be chosen from high grade plastic for low security applications on homes, to polished chrome, vandal resistant stainless steel units for high risk premises
- Audio and video intercom systems are available with IP technology to allow interfacing with a PC via a network
- Complete choice of locking devices to suit all door types, i.e wood, plastic, metal and glass
